How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

If your order is equipment or parts this shipped same day and takes 1-3 days , but if your order is custom order need fabrication could take 3 days to be shipped and for some big customer order it might take up to 6 weeks before it can be shipped however for custom order the time depends on the order itself and the size of it, our sales team will let you know the time before you place the order.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Yes, it is because the website uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer)?

The software we use will encrypt your credit/debit card number. However, you should be cautious, always check that you are actually on our website and not a site that looks like us or advertise. On our website before purchasing, the best way to do that is to check the URL.

If you’re still worried about someone might steal your personal information, opt-out of storing your credit/debit card information when prompted to do so at checkout.

How do I place an Order?

Already found something you love? Follow the steps below to place an order. If placing an International order, please follow the International Order Process.

1. Add to Cart
To add an item to your cart, select the product and on hover, click on basket icon.

2. Review Shopping Cart
After you finish shopping, review all items in your shopping cart to verify the correct size, color, and quantity by selecting at the top of any page on taimco.ca

3. Proceed to Checkout
When you are ready to order, select the green button located in your shopping cart.

How Can I Cancel or Change My Order?

Once an order is placed, you have a small window of 30 minutes to cancel it before it processes to the warehouse. Once the order processes and is accepted by the warehouse, you may still request cancellation, however, please know that cancellation at that stage is not guaranteed.

The best way to tell if your order can be cancelled is the availability of the cancellation button. If your order is able to be cancelled, there will be a cancellation button available in the order on your My Account Page. You have the option to cancel the entire invoice, or you can cancel select items.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No you don’t, you can select your product and check out as guest, however we recommend you to have your account for easy access and tracking for your orders, reorder, cancel order .

How Do I Track My Order?

Complete the following steps to track your order:
  • Log into My Account (located at the top of the Home Page).
  • Click on the Order Number you wish to track.
  • Click on the Tracking Number for the item you wish to track.
If you receive a Shipping Notification, your order is on its way, even if you initially do not see any tracking information.
  • Sometimes it takes up to 24 hours to update Tracking Status.
  • Oversized Item Delivery Policy have special shipping arrangements. Delivery of oversized- items can take 1-6 weeks and you may not have tracking information for these items.
  • Until International shipments leave Canada shipping hub, you may not have tracking information.
  • For packages shipped by Canada Post - USPS, we can display only a delivery confirmation number. We cannot display tracking information on items shipped by these carriers.

How Can I Return a Product?

Be sure to contact Customer Care to set up a return on any products, Before contacting Customer Care, read through the following checklist to make sure your return meets the following requirements:
  • Security tags have NOT been removed. Products are not returnable if the tags are removed.
  • You are returning within Taimco Slandered 14 - day Return Policy.
  • All returned products must be in perfect condition. New, unused, and needs no refurbishing.
  • The product is new, undamaged, and in the original box or case.
  • Has all original parts, sleeper bag, and accessories?
  • Has all original certificates, manuals, appraisals, and tags.
  • No evidence of service, alteration, wear, or blemishes of any kind.
  • Any security tags or other tags are attached and undamaged.
