Hat Channels can be made in thicknesses varying from .005” – .150”. Hats can be back Formed as requested sizes.
When the material is thin enough to be roll formed, Hat Channels can be as narrow as 1″ wide.
Heights of Hat Channels can be brake Formed to be as high as needed to be, and as low as 3/16″; and even less with thinner metals.
Hat channels are fabricated in 1/2”, 7/8”, and 1-1/2” depth forming and can be at any size if its brake forming, Special size, and lengths are available.
