Specifications:

1. 1. Seating Elements: Both the seat and foot planks are designed to accommodate a uniformly distributed dynamic load of 120 pounds per linear foot (plf) across a 6-foot span. The maximum allowable deflection is 9/16 inch.
   2. Weight Support: These bleachers are engineered to bear their own weight as well as a uniformly distributed live load of not less than 100 pounds per square foot (psf), based on the gross horizontal projection of the seating structure.
   3. Wind Resistance: Regardless of the presence of a live load, they are constructed to withstand a horizontal wind load of 30 psf, considering the gross vertical projection of the bleachers.
   4. Lateral Stability: In addition to the live load, the design accounts for lateral forces. Specifically, the bleachers are engineered to resist 24 plf of sway forces acting parallel to the length of the seat plank, and 10 plf of sway forces acting perpendicular to the seat plank’s length.
