    The Tip N Roll bleachers are designed for convenient storage and are ideal for auxiliary seating. These bleachers can be effortlessly tipped onto their swivel casters for easy movement, and the caster brakes prevent them from rolling when stored.

      • Front Row Seat Height: 11-1/2 inches
      • Nominal Seat Planks: 2 inches by 10 inches
      • Length Options: Available in 7-1/2’, 9’, 12’, 15’, 21’, and 24’ lengths
      • Aluminum Angle Frame Understructure
      • Non-Marring Rubber Foot Pads
      • High Strength-to-Weight Ratio: Constructed from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy extrusion footboards, which naturally resist corrosion
      • Standard Mill Finish Walking Surface
      • Chemically Cleaned Aluminum Welds
      • Galvanized Hardware: Unlike zinc-plated hardware, it will not rust.

       

      Specifications:

      • Seat and Foot Planks:

        • The seat and foot planks are designed to accommodate a load of 120 pounds per linear foot (plf) across a 6-foot span. Their maximum deflection is limited to 9/16 inch.

      • Live Load Support:

        • These structures are engineered to support not only their own weight but also a uniformly distributed live load of at least 100 pounds per square foot (psf) based on the gross horizontal projection of the bleachers.

      • Wind Load Resistance:

        • Regardless of whether a live load is present, they are also constructed to withstand a horizontal wind load of 30 psf based on the gross vertical projection.

      • Sway Force Resistance:

        • In addition to the live load and wind load, the design accounts for sway forces. Specifically:
          • 24 plf of seat plank force in a direction parallel to the length of the seat.
          • 10 plf of seat plank force in a direction perpendicular to the length of the seat.
