      • The gate hinge is made of high-quality steel so that each pair of hinges can hold up to 600 lbs driveways and security gates.
      • RUST RESISTANT - The black powder coating makes the hinge have a superior rust resistance performance.
      • EASY TO INSTALL - Weld the flat backing plate to the mounting post. If not already available, drill a hole through the gate frame big enough for the threaded bolt. Pass the bolt through, and secure it with nuts.
      • Hinges must be mounted with the thread arm at the top. If mounted upside down, the gate will fall.
      • The minimum distance between the post and the gate should be 2", to accommodate for the welding plate and barrel. The threaded arm allows you to easily adjust the distance between the gate and the post!
      • LONG LIFE TIME - Hinge pivots on a steel ball bearing and includes a grease fitting to keep the bearing lubricated. It'll last a long lifetime in good maintenance!
