Forging & Design Elements:

• • Ornamental Detailing: All scrolls, floral rosettes, and borders are individually forged from solid iron bar and flat stock
  • Craftsmanship: Traditional forging over flame and manual bending on jigs; precision-welded to the main panels for a cohesive, dimensional look
  • Visual Theme: French revival influence featuring symmetrical curls, botanical accents, and an arched crest
  • Finish Treatment: Triple-layer protective system—hot-dip galvanized base, zinc-rich primer, and weather-resistant black or bronze powder coat. 
  • Insulation: Door core filled with high-density polyurethane foam to enhance thermal efficiency.

• • Main Door Frames: The wrought iron entry doors feature standard 2" x 6" x 1/8” Jambs that are insulated with high-density foam for energy efficiency.
  • Glass: Double glass 5/8" thick, can be made to be opened separately for an additional cost. Multiple glass finishes are available
  • Decorative Scroll-Work: Standard iron entry doors come with decorative 5/8" square solid steel scrollwork.
  • Weatherstrip: Tight-fitting weather stripping is pre-installed around the door to prevent air leaks.
  • Hinges: Heavy-duty ball-bearing hinges that can support up to 1500 pounds.
  • Hardware: Doors are pre-bored for standard locking systems or 2-3/8″ backset, 2-1/8″ diameter, 5-1/2″ center to center. Flush Bolts used to hold the inactive leaf of the double doors and add extra security to the door.
  • Finishes: All iron doors are galvanized and powder coated to protect them from rust & corrosion. 

  • Sealants: Compression-grade EPDM perimeter gaskets for wind, dust, and moisture resistance

  • Threshold: ADA-compliant low-profile stainless steel or aluminum sill, pre-installed.

  • Installation: This door is a pre-hung and pre-drilled unit, making it easy to install.
