    This square-top double door exemplifies minimalist elegance through its symmetrically inverted, geometric cutouts, achieved with CNC laser cutting technology. The clean, linear openings serve both as a striking visual feature and a functional source of controlled light while maintaining robust structural integrity.

    Materials & Fabrication:

      • Material: Heavy-gauge (12–14 ga.) hot-dipped galvanized steel

      • Process: Computer-guided fibre laser cutting, ensuring consistent spacing, burr-free edges, and sharp angular cuts

      • Finish: Multi-stage finish — zinc primer, UV-resistant polyester powder coating (typically matte black)

      • Design Style: Mid-century modern influence with vertically stacked slot cutouts, precision-aligned on opposing door panels

      • What comes inside the Box: Iron Doors Door, Double Pan Glass, Frame, roller catch, door sweep, mounting tabs, threshold, Door handles and locksets, weatherstrip.
      • Installation: This door is a pre-hung and pre-drilled unit, making it easy to install.

    Specification

      • Main Door Frames: The wrought iron entry doors feature standard 2" x 6" Jambs insulated with high-density foam for energy efficiency.

      • Finishes: All iron doors are galvanized and coated with a clear lacquer to protect them from rust & corrosion.

      • Hardware: Doors are pre-bored for standard locking systems or 2-3/8″ backset, 2-1/8″ diameter, 5-1/2″ center to center, Used Flush Bolts to hold the inactive leaf of the double doors and add extra security to the door.

      • Weatherstrip: Tight-fitting weather stripping is pre-installed around the door to prevent air leaks.

      • Insulation: High-efficiency polyurethane foam core within both door slabs and the surrounding jamb

      • Kickplate: Integrated low-profile base plate in matching finish for enhanced durability

      • Hinges: Heavy-duty ball-bearing hinges that can support up to 1500 pounds.

      • Material: Our wrought iron doors are made of heavy-duty 12- 14 Gauge Galvanized Steel.

      • Decorative Scroll-Work: Standard iron entry doors come with decorative 5/8 solid steel scrollwork.

      • Glass: Double glass 5/8", can be opened separately.
