The TAIMCO IWD 1102 is a square-top wrought iron entry door featuring an ornate grapevine scrollwork design and integrated kickplate for added durability and visual appeal. Crafted from hot-dipped, powder-coated galvanized steel, this door is engineered for long-term performance, offering exceptional resistance to corrosion, weather, and wear.

The frame is constructed with 2" x 6" x 1/8" insulated jambs, filled with high-density polyurethane foam for enhanced thermal insulation and energy efficiency. The door includes 5/8" thick double-pane tempered glass, available in various finishes, with optional operability for ventilation and cleaning.

Equipped with heavy-duty ball-bearing hinges rated up to 1500 lbs, the unit is pre-hung and pre-drilled for standard locking systems (2-3/8" backset, 2-1/8" bore, 5-1/2" center-to-center). Flush bolts are included for double-door configurations to secure the inactive panel.

  • Glass: Double glass 5/8" thick, can be made to be opened separately for an additional cost. Multiple glass finishes are available

  • Decorative Scroll-Work: Standard iron entry doors come with decorative 5/8" square solid steel scrollwork.

  • Weatherstrip: Tight-fitting weather stripping is pre-installed around the door to prevent air leaks.

  • Hinges: Heavy-duty ball-bearing hinges that can support up to 1500 pounds.

  • Hardware: Doors are pre-bored for standard locking systems or 2-3/8″ backset, 2-1/8″ diameter, 5-1/2″ center to center. Flush Bolts are used to hold the inactive leaf of the double doors and add extra security to the door.

  • Finishes: All iron doors are galvanized and powder-coated to protect them from rust & corrosion.
